The Spring 2019 ASNY Meeting has been endorsed by the American Astronomical Society (AAS) and is officially an AAS Regional Meeting. All meeting participants will adhere to the Ethics Statement of the AAS (found here), with particular attention given to the Conduct Toward Others section.
